My Summer Holiday

Dear Friend,

My Summer Holiday was very funny.I haven´t Just stayed at home,playing vidiogames,I also travelled to Atibaia and had fun there.
In Atibaia,I have been to Renan´s house.there I played Pokémon with Renan and his friend João.Renan hás Just caught a Regigigas because I traded my Regice,my Registeel and my Regirock with him.
Sure,we weren´t so crazy to play videogame all the Day.We swam and played football,too.I also met Renan´s friend that´s named Vitor.Vitor is eight years old and He is competitive,friendly and funny.
After,we had more fun and when we were leaving the place,Renan found the game He had last Five days before and He was very happy.
So,this was my Summer Holiday.

Two weeks in USA

Dear Erich,

Recently,I have been to Virginia, USA.On the second day, suddenly, it started to snow and that was the first time I have seen snow.I played in the snow with my friends and I had fun. On the next day, I went to Circuit City, Game Spot, and other places but I didn´t find the Nintendo Wii, that I want.Then I bought the PS3.
On the fourth day, I met Pamela, a beautiful girl with 32 years old. She is fit, funny, cool and friendly.She had dinner with my family and my family friends every night .She works in a library. She swims in NFS tree times a week.
On the tenth day I went to Rochester where my father had to go to work. In Rochester it is very cold -15º.I stayed in Rocherter 5 days.On the second day in Rochester I won a Câmera because KODAK gave to my father then he gave .On the last day I came back to Brazil.
The time that I had in USA was very good.I won many things that I Will show you.

Dear Friends,

Like always, our classes are really fun.
I’m going to tell now the news of the classes that I’ve had last Wednesday.
It was 9th April and it was amusing. Takeshi, Vitor, Minami and Mori were the new students of the class and at first they looked normal but then I realized that they are… stupid.
Without counting the stupid jokes that they tell, they are so no sense that they become fun.
Vitor is funny but very evil, he is always telling bad things about me, I think he just want attention! And he uses a huge earring of Snoopy! But it is not the worst part! He was saying indecent things using Japanese words and the teacher didn’t realize that.
Takeshi always agrees with Vitor, but he doesn’t say too many things at class, and he has a sister called Yume (dream in Japanese) that is doing Japanese in another class, she’s beautiful and looks lovely.
Minami is strange, he doesn’t say anything all the class and when the teacher asked him something, he didn’t answer! And Mori is always next to Minami, they have been real friends since their childhood, it’s cute, isn’t it?
And now, bad news: we’ve lost a classmate! He was with a lot of work and he had to abandon the Japanese classes. He was really intelligent and he really likes the language but he said he will come back at the middle of the year, so let’s wait!
On this day a TV sender came to film our classroom and the teacher wanted me to speak for TV, but there are two things about it: My taste is not of cameras and photos. My friend, Felipe, gave the interview. It’s easy for him because he does Cinema College.
In this class, we’ve learned how to say some words in Japanese and we also learned Kanji (ideogram) and it is really exciting and cool!
I think it’s enough, I will bring some news soon!

Dear readers,

Last week I had the funniest Japanese class ever and I want to tell you the news.
I was a little bit sick and I had to lose the class on Monday, but I went to the classes on Wednesday. I arrived at school late and when I entered at my classroom there were four new students! Their names are: Vitor, Takeshi, Minami and Mori. They’ve changed his classrooms and now they are with us! At first Vitor turned to me and said: “Look what a bad student! You are late”. I mean, he doesn’t know me, I actually had a reason to be late, but it doesn’t matter, I didn’t like him.
Takeshi has a sister that I know! Her name is Yume, she came to show him his new classroom, she does Japanese classes too but in another class. Bruna seemed to like her, hope they become friends!
Minami didn’t say a word at all the class! I asked him if he had done an exercise and he didn’t answer me! Just like he did with the teacher, all I know of him is that his best friend is Mori. Mori looks older than the others and he doesn’t seem but I think he’s one of the best students at the class.
After all the new student’s presentation, some guys of a channel from TV came to interview us, but I thanked God because I wasn’t there, I was felling bad and I went to the toilette, and I was back, Bruna was blushed! They wanted her to do the interview and she was becoming crazy because she didn’t want to. At the end, Felipe, Bruna’s friend, did the interview and he is really good at that, I mean, if I was at his place I wouldn’t speak so serious and calm like he did.
We’ve received the objectives of our next exam!

My 14h birthday

Dear friends!

Recently, I celebrated my 14th birthday in Mega Play Paintball.I have never done my anniversary in a paintball.
I invited some friends including Vinicius and Breno.Vincius is a crazy guy and Breno is funny. Breno has never gone to a paintball game, but Vinicius already went to one.
They went to the paintball wearing two jacktes, two pants,two pairs of socks and other clothes. They were very proteced. In the game they were feeling good .Breno was in a defensive posture, and Vinicius was attacking. Because of this , Vinicius balls were over sooner ,than Breno’s balls.
The place was big and cool, we played in camp 1, and I have never played in this camp. Everybody had 300 balls to use.My dad was shoot in the head, but he didn’t get hurt ‘cause he was wearing a helmet.
My friends liked my birthday party I was very happy because of this!

My last Holiday

Dear Friends

Last Holiday I went to my grandfather’s house, in Atibaia. The Holiday was in Easter. My mom, my sister, my father, my uncles Marcos and Junior, my aunts Márcia and Cláudia and my cousins Lucas and Henrique went there
My family stayed on an Hotel next to (really next to) my grandfather’s house.
My grandfather John is the owner of the house (and it’s a big house!). There have lots of animals, including 6 dogs, 3 cats, a rabbit and a bird. The house is near Lago do Major and a park.
Lago do Major is in the park. This park has many facilities, including bathrooms, playground, swimming pools, places to play sports, and many more!
On the Easter day, I won much chocolate, but only one of I ask. One of my aunts almost didn’t have eggs to give to my orther aunt, she hasn’t received egg yet. On this day, my grandfather met my dog, Toby, and he loves it. Toby almost fought with one cat, called Tom, but I and my mom separated them.

Paintball party!

Dear friend

Recently, I celebrated Gabriel´s bithday, and this celebration, happened in a paintball.
He is really an exellent person, but a little inocent, a great friend, and because of that, I could not miss the party.
We went to paintball, but our friend, Breno, has never gone yet.
He is very cautious and because of that, asked me how he could dress to paintball, and I told him that he should go well protected.
We went to the meeting point (Arquidiocesano) fully protected, with guards in the forearm, gloves, protection to the heels, 2 pairs of socks, two pants, a bermuda, a long sleeve shirt, 2 jackets, a cap and a few more items that I do not remember.
At the party, we received another overcoat and a chest protector.
In the game, Breno, was in defence, while I, on my protection, kept often on theattack, but, unfortunately, I received a shot exactly where there was almost no protection, the neck. When I was at home, I saw the size of the damage that was there, however, contrary to all expectations I saw it was so cool!
Finally, you can protect yourself, but in paintball, there will always be some stupid ones that will give a shot where he should not.

Fabio and Leo amazing adventures


Welcome to my exiting blog where me and my dear partner here, Fabio, will be relating our amazing adventures! Or maybe not... oh well we will (oh my god triple W!) at least try to relate something interesting.
First let me tell about Fabio. He’s a short tough guy, and with some abilities that amaze me.
To begin with let’s talk about our friends; yes me and Fabio have very interesting friends not to say… well weird friends.
For example, my partner has the amazing ability to attract all kinds of different women. Really, I envy him; his friends make him live the strangest situations. Like that time last weekend when he was chased by two girls that wanted to kill him cause he accidentally spilt coke at her favorite white shirt. It was pretty funny to watch, until the hour when they realized I was watching the entire scene and laughing, and then they started to chase me. True story, I still have nightmares about that day.
Anyway to let’s talk about some more recent story…
I’ve just applied to study abroad; I haven’t got answer yet though. So I’m assuming that they didn’t accept me. Fabio isn’t lucky either. He has just fought with his girlfriend.
Anyway, there must be something more interesting to talk about. Well, I’m reading Lord of the Rings for the first time, and it’s pretty interesting, lot’s of elves and dwarves and magical stuff. I’ve already watched all the movies, and I thought with myself “Hey, how haven’t I read the book yet? Seriously Leo I’m disappointed”.So I started to read the book! Amazing don’t you think? Yeah I thought so…
Oh, I just remembered the funniest thing, Me and Fabio were at the mall with some friends, when we saw a guy who was probably drunk, nothing special about it, but one of our friends yelled to him, and told him to come to where we were. But he was so drunk he started to yell at us and say thing like “FEEL MY WRATH, I’M A GOD”. I’m not joking he said things like that. I don’t know what he meant by that but it was sure funny. We started to run short after as he started to run after us.
I’m out of time, right now, so I’ll write more later, if anyone is going to read that I salute that person.

My last vacation

In my last vacation I and my family traveled to Europe .I stayed 3 days in Milão and 10 more days in a Cruise.
My mother and my father would like to go on a Cruise, because we ha ven`t gone on a Cruise yet.
One night in a Cruise my mother was beautiful, she wore a long dress, she had long dark hair and green eyes.
Every stop of the Cruise, I and my brother would like to see the stadium of every soccer team.
In the ship every day my dad did everybody laugh a lot, because he is very funny.
I have gone to many vacations, but this vacation was the Best.

A day in a paintball

Dear friends!

Recently,my friend Gabriel invited me to his party at the paintball , but I was so afraid to go because my friend Vinicius told me that it hurts a lot.
So, I asked to him what I should wear to go to the paitball,he asked me to wear guards in the forearm ,gloves ,protection to the heels,2 pairs of socks, two pants, a shirt, long sleeve, 2 jackets, a cap and a lot of other things that I forget now.
So, in the day of the party, we went to the meeting point , and went with Gabriel and his father to the party.
At the party, we received a protector of chest, a helmet and a soldier suit. At the game, I was in the defense and in the attack, so, I saw Vinicius with a shot in the neck, and a shot in the helmet.
After that, we ate something, and finally, when we went to home, Vinicius showed his damage to the others in the car! and told us that he was glad!
At home, I told my parents what happened with Vinicius, and my mother told me that he was crazy!
Finally, I made a conclusion, Vinicius is really crazy! and the party ,was so good!

At the weekend I went out with my friends to go to the cinema. We watched Jumper, an action movie about a guy who can teleport anywhere he wanted. I have
,just had my Portuguese test, it was pretty hard, but I think I did well.
Well today I have to study for my History test tomorrow, I’m kind of worried.
I’ve just studied for my math test and my mom wants me to study again! That’s not fair.
I’ve just met a new student Bruno, he lived in France for two years. He’s back in Brazil for now, he’s a cool guy. I hope he finds his way around the school.
I’ve just heard the new song my friend’s band made, it’s very good.
I’ve just bought a new skate it’s made of wood and it’s very fast.

Now I’m living in São Paulo

I’ve just gone to Rio de Janeiro, the most beautiful city in Brazil, to visit my family, I’m very happy with the visit!!!
I’ve seen a soccer game of Flamengo, in Maracanã, my favorite soccer team, Flamengo has won the game, Maracanã is the greatest soccer stadium in Brazil.
Now I’m living in São Paulo, a great city. I’ve visited the Parque do Ibirapuera, the city zoo, and Liberdade district, it’s a Japanese district.
Now I study in Arquidiocesano School, the school is cool because of the many options and things to do, I’ve already made new friends, people here are very cool.

The Perfect Day

My Best Friend Carolina is very cool. In January vacation we swam, played, talked and took a pictures. She is studing in Arquidiocesano High School. She woke up at 6 o’clock and went to school. She has good marks. She studied hard. Congratulations Carol! She is tall and slim. She has long, wavy and dark hair. She is confident, determined and fun.
Our friend Amanda is very cool and fun. We have just played Twister, sung and danced.

Dear family & friends
I´m posting the current news of this year, and some facts that are still being true I started the year going to sleep, a fact that happens every year.But recently I’ve read some books, mostly from Noah Gordon, who has written novels about medicine. He is half bold, a little fat, white haired and according to Rodrigo he is just like professor Felício from my school. I am also planning to become a FLL monitor. In March I started doing a bow course. It’s cool, but I never hit the bullseye. I’ve tried to build a wooden boat too, but I couldn’t finish it.
I’ve also “built” a water-wheleed moved bow firing robot, that has , certainly, 20% of chance of breaking, 30% of not working and 49% of breaking and not working.
I´m planning to try to see if I can grow something in a vase, because last time I’ve tried I lost all my carrots. I’ve been doing some trails with my brother and more people that my mom and her boyfriend idealized. It’s cool but the trails always happen on Sunday morning. And finally I and my brother have started practicing water polo.

Samia’s Newsletter

Every week, on Monday and Wednesday, I and Gabriela have Japanese classes. Of course, the one we just had was a marvelous dream and also a terrible nightmare. It was a beautiful day. It was rainy yet hotter than hell.
I was late and had to hurry to get to Tottori Association, which holds Japanese classes. Fortunately, my mother gave me a ride by car, even though it’s not even one block away. Well, when I got there, Gabriela and more than half of the class was reading what was written on the board, something like “na ni nu ne no, sa shi su se so, yadda yadda yadda”. Thank God I’ve already been through that. But nothing is perfect. As soon as I sat on my desk, sensei (teacher) turned to me and told me to read the kanjis (ideograms) on the board.
After that, we did an exercise of conversation. The same we do EVERY CLASS. Of course it’s great to memorize vocabulary, but I hate it. It was peaceful for a while, when I began to do my book exercises. Ah, if it would only last forever. But no, there it was, sitting right by my side: Gabriela.
For some reason, we started to talk about a TV show we watched last year, “Air TV”. It’s SO strange. The main character, a guy, turns into a crow. Yeah, a CROW. HOW can she ask me to take that seriously? The guy wakes up, and HE’S TURNED INTO A CROW.
Naruto. Why were we talking about that? Oh yeah, character death. Gabriela started to cry in the middle of the class, calling out names, and I just wanted to run away from there. Poor me. Poor classmates. Poor Sensei. Gabriela, I’ll kill you if you don’t shut up NOW.
It was like that until the end of the class. If I only could go back home and sleep… but then, again, nothing is perfect. As my father’s car started off, I couldn’t get out of my head where we were heading. Cultura Inglesa.

THE BUILDING

My friend Gabriela went to my building in her last vocation.There she swam and played volleyball. In her next vocation she is going to the beach! Gabi is cute and fun.She has curly and dark hair and her eyes are brown.

I’ll talk about my family...
My cousin Caio has just entered the university. He’s taking electricity engineering course.
His classes have already begun. He has moved to Minas Gerais, and he likes it very much.
My uncle, Caio’s father, and my aunt have just travelled to Disney World in Orlando. They brought a lot of presents. I loved it!
My other uncle and my other aunt have just married. I will love having more cousins, but they haven’t had any children yet. I can’t wait .
My father and my mother have been to Buenos Aires without me!! But they brought a new watch to me. And they said that the travel was wonderful. (I wanted to go with them!)

Arquidiocesano Sports Newsletter

Last year my basketball team competed at our championship (OLIARQUI). We weren’t good at all and we lost. The other teams were much better than us. We were an inexperienced team.
But this year we’re going to set things right. I’m the oldest person in my team so the pressure on me is a little bigger. Next month we are competing in a very important championship: OLIMAR. We have been training for this for 3 months and it’s very important for our coach, Patinhas. Actually, Patinhas is his nickname, his real name is Ricardo but no one calls him like that.
For our luck, our rival, Dante Alighieri, is not competing against us because this championship is only between Marista school. Every game we played against them we lost, but always the scores are always similar.
There is only one problem, I had to do a surgery in my nose, and I won’t be able to train for 1 month. This will affect my performance at the games, and I’m very worried about it. We haven’t started to learn the moves yet, so I’ll miss them. But I believe in my team and I know that they can do it.

The Best Weekend

I and my two friends Gabriela and Carolina have just gone to Arqui country house and we ran a lot.
On Saturday, we went to werw my house.
They haven’t met my family yet. We had fun with my brother and his friends, everybody slept in my home, but we didn’t know each other yet.

Soccer rocks

Hey!

My family has just come back from the beach, but I still have to study. I played soccer and volleyball with my mother and my sister there.
My father hasn’t done his exercises yet and therefore He is fat, but he is tall.
I did “embaixadinhas” with him and my cousin, and I beat my previous record of 43 embaixadinhas by 26! Playing with them both is a really rare thing. But my mother, my sister and I usually play volleyball when we go to the beach. I’ve already play volleyball with my father, but he doesn’t play much. I LOVE PLAYING SOCCER!

My bother is very intelligent. He has studied at Bandeirantes School since 2007. He is in the first class and is the seventh better student on his class. He is very fit has brown eyes and has brown and short hair.
My twin sister Carolina is as intelligent as my brother. She has studied at Arquidiocesano for nine years. She is a cool person but sometimes she fights with me for stupid things.

My uncle Edson and my aunt Thais are still living in the United States. They have been there since 2003, and they still don’t know when they will come back. My aunt always writes and calls to me. She is very nice! She has already had a baby, my cousin Carolina… I didn’t see her yet.
On Sunday, my brother and I went to the movies, and we saw an amazing film! He isn’t very cool, but I like him a bit.
My family is very big. We always go to Grandma house’s and lunch there. I love to do it, because it is always a mess!

Hey guys,I’m writing you just to tell what happened this far in this year,with me & a friend of mine,Rodolfo.
Guess what,remember FLL(First Lego League)?I got to the Regional Championship.There was something about 50 other groups,and mine got to 8th,as I have already told you,some groups go to the National championship,but I’ve just received the results for the competition and unfortunately we didn’t pass.
Another thing, I’ve been doing a science project with some friends,Rodolfo is one of them,most of you must remeber him,he’s that guy that was at my party,the one with the big red hair.The other person in the group is Leo, he’s strange sometimes,but still,he’s a friendly personality.We have just finished the “robot”,it’s moved by water, we shall represent the movement of a bowman.
Rodolfo & Leo are in another Project with me,it’s a religious education research,about Umbanda,this time we have more people with us,Guilherme and Lucas,they are cool,but sometimes lazy,although everything,the project is getting off the ground.

Grandma's on a Cruise

Hey, awesome readers!

This is your weekly newsletter about the Cintra family! Grandma and Grandpa are still on a cruise to Europe. News are that they’re having lots and lots of fun!
Yesterday it was our first Easter Sunday spent without our grandparents. The real celebration was on Friday, actually. We had fish and shrimps, BIG shrimps. Really tasty indeed! We did have a “party” on Sunday, though. It was a barbecue for my dad! He grew older on Tuesday, but he was in Argentina. Happy Birthday, dad!
We’ve been through a bit hard time without our grandparents, but we can make it if it’s for their happiness!
It was April Fools today, and it was fun, really fun. I could fool my friends so easily with my extremely good acting ability.That’s all for today. But always do come back!

The girl and the horse!

Hello! My name is Thais and I’m 13 years old.
Well, since I was three, I’ve been loving horses. My mother has always liked them and I followed her.
In 2004, I started horsemanship. I love it!
Last year, I participated in a competition. I got second place! Nowadays, I teach new horses. I have already fallen many times so I’m used to it. I’m lucky because I’ve never broken a bone yet, but once I went to the hospital.
In April, I’m having a competition and I’ll ride my favorite horse: Onix. With him I had my first crash and with him I jumped over one meter! That was amazing!

The summer vacations

My brother Matheus has just entered USP, the greatest university in Brazil. He wants to study “Relações Internacionais” (International relationships), he’s very smart.
Last month, I traveled to Santa Catarina, Florianópolis, with beautiful beaches. The place is wonderful, and I spent the end of this year in this place!
I’ve gone to grandmother’s house, she lives in Santa Catarina, Salete. In the farm, I’ve fished, walked around the crop and drunk milk of the cows instantly.
One of my favorite friends, Paula has just become my neighbor, I’m very happy, and she too. We walk around with dogs and play videogame. But she hasn’t gone to her new home yet.

Every week, on Monday and Wednesday, I and Samia have been having Japanese classes. These classes are very funny and most of the time me and the classmates discuss about non sense topics.
One day, Samia said to me about a story which I like too much, she said “ow, your favorite character is dead”.
My world has ended since then ….
I started to cry, I hate the author, that Kishimoto is a %%$&%, he killed my favorite characters and the murderer is an emo that I hate so much!!

So, I had this attack at the middle of the class, I and my classmates discuss about this story.
In the end, Samia wanted to kill me because I was making too much noise, but Aline agreed with me and she read the story that I’m writing, and she liked it!
I have been loving my Japanese classes and I will continue the course.
